The "Journal of Research and Applications in Agricultural Engineering" (JRAAE) is dedicated to advancing scientific knowledge and practical applications in agricultural sciences and related fields. JRAAE publishes original research articles and review papers that contribute to the development of agricultural engineering and its interdisciplinary connections.
The journal focuses on innovative research across several key areas:
• agricultural, horticultural and forestry engineering,
• ecology,
• agriculture and Industry 4.0,
• automation,
• robotics,
• food technology and transport.
Journal History
Founded in 1954 as "Prace Przemysłowego Instytutu Maszyn Rolniczych" (ISSN 0324-8739), the journal has evolved to meet the changing needs of the agricultural engineering community. In 2001, it was renamed to "Journal of Research and Applications in Agricultural Engineering" (ISSN 1642-686X). The journal was published quarterly until 2019, and since 2020 has transitioned to a biannual electronic format (ISSN 2719-423X), embracing modern publishing practices while maintaining our commitment to scientific excellence.
