Characteristic of selected farms was presented. Data from 4.966 farms were analyzed comparing to average Polish farm's characteristics, according to GUS classification. Area of arable land in organic farm was more than twice bigger than area of arable land in average Polish farm. Area structure of analyzed farms evidences interest of organic farming among farmers holding larger farms. Sowing structure comparison goes to ascertainment that there is rational crop rotation among organic farms which is conformable with organic farming rules.
