Comparison study of ploughs during tillage after corn harvest

ABSTRACT
The study shows technical characteristics and results of comparative research of 5 ploughs during tillage after corn harvest. The study evaluates the quality of tillage in the scope of regularity in depth and width of tillage, adding and shattering chunks, and covering after-harvest remains. In case of all tested ploughs the surface of long corn stalks was well covered. However, on the edges of chunks the stalks were placed in strands.
