The knowledge-based economy is the main pillar of knowledge society. A knowledge society development performs influenced by economical changes and technologies development. Introducing of innovating products, services and technologies into a market enables a gaining the competing majority and it often results from effective cooperation between scientific units with enterprises. Research and development units as a main sector of the science, oriented in their activity on applied and innovating research, are theoretically in the scope an ideal partner for companies. Unfortunately, practically both of the partners don't undertake the cooperation very often. There are many reasons of the situation and both of the sides are at fault. Changing the state, causing to activation of the cooperation is in interest of enterprises as well as research and development units.
