Activity of agricultural social insurance fund in the area of increasing safety at work in agriculture

ABSTRACT
Over the recent years the downward trend in number of accidents in agriculture was observed. However, the work in the agriculture still causes considerable threats. Almost 35% accidents are connected with use of machines, devices and agricultural vehicles. KRUS' activities, aiming to limitation of number of accidents and fatal results of events and leading to enlargement of safety of using technical resources are shown in the background of agricultural accident's statistics. Data concerning year 2009 and three quarters of 2010 were covered by detailed analysis.
