A new machine for examination of penetration forces acting on the soil penetrating machine parts in the field conditions

ABSTRACT
A new machine mounted on the agricultural tractor for measurement of soil penetration forces in vertical and horizontal direction, designed and manufactured by authors is described in this paper. Data obtained from measurements with the use of this machine can be used for optimization of the shape of implements working in the soil as well as for soil mechanical properties investigations.
