The paper discusses some of the findings of the survey-based research conducted in 2006 among 200 organic food consumers buying organic food in shops located in the area of the city of Poznań. The research aimed at evaluating the product range and pricing in the Poznań organic food market as well as analyzing their underlying factors and comparing the findings with those of the research conducted in 2004.
