ABSTRACT
The comparative investigations were led in two systems relating to coltsfoot tillage: ecological and conventional. The size of crop was estimated as well as the proportional content of saponins in raw material. It was found that in the ecological system of tested species it was not possible to obtain comparable results to those obtained in the conventional one - yield reduction of about 50%.
