Size and structure of work inputs in the aspect of ecological animal production

The objective of this paper was to determine relations between the work inputs incurred on the handling of animals and the size of animal production. The analysis covered 40 ecological agricultural farms located on the territory of the South Poland, where livestock animals were held. Data concerned 2011. The investigated facilities were divided into 4 area groups for the purpose of the comparative analysis. The size and structure of work inputs, the size and structure of production were calculated and the relation occurring between those two variables was determined with the use of the statistical analysis.
