ABSTRACT
The aim of this work was the comparison of occurrence Fusarium spp. in grain of winter wheat cv Oliwin grown in 2006 and 2007 in the same conditions in the organic and conventional production systems and also the determination of produced mycotoxins by the fungi. Whole-meal flour was analysed on the presence trichothecenes: deoxynivalenol (DON), 3- acetyldeoxynivalenol (3-AcDON), 15- acetyldeoxynivalenol (15-AcDON), T-2 toxin, HT-2 toxin, deoxyscirpenol (DAS), nivalenol (NIV), fusarenon X, by use of the gas chromatograph with ECD detector. The cleaning of samples was made with the SPE method. Fusarium poae and also fungi from Penicillium and Alternaria genus were isolated from grain of wheat. The chromatograph analysis of wholemeal flour from 2006 showed higher content deoxynivalenol (DON) in organic flour, and deoxyscirpenol (DAS) in conventional flour. The presence of 3-AcDON was detected only in organic flour. Total content of all determined mycotoxins was higher in wholemeal flour from organic wheat. However in both cases the norms for content of mycotoxins in cereals were not exceeded. Total content of mycotoxins in 2007 in comparison with 2006 was lower.
